As your private chef, I purchase the freshest ingredients, cook them in the safety and security of your home, and leave your kitchen spick-and-span for you to return to. After the initial consultation, you will receive a menu created specifically for you to choose from. The menu changes monthly, always being updated and expanded. You submit your menu items 4 days prior to your cook date, and come home to a refrigerator full of your favorite dishes complete with instructions on how to re-heat it. Most dishes are freezer-friendly and are optimally enjoyed when eaten within a week.
I purchase the food to ensure no ingredient is missed and for liability purposes. I will supply any kitchen tools I will need for you meal preparation and may ask you to either purchase or reimburse me for any additional storage containers that are deemed necessary. Depending on the packages purchased or amount of meals desired, I will be in your home anywhere from 2-8 hours. I try to coordinate my cook time around your schedule so that I can be as efficient as possible.
